3SHAPE TRIOS

1Open your 3Shape Communicate software and go to 'Add Connections.'
2Search for the lab name or enter the email: admin@dentaradlab.com
3Send the connection request. The Dentarad team will approve it within 24 hours.
4Once Approved, you can select Dentarad Lab when sending new scan cases.

ITERO

1Call iTero customer support at 800-577-8767
2Request to add Dentarad Lab using Lab ID: 526086.
3After confirmation, refresh your scanner to sync the new lab connection.
4Submit scans directly to Dentarad Lab through your iTero software.

MEDIT I500/I700

1Open Medit Link software and go 'Partners' → 'Add Partner.'
2Search for Dentarad Lab or enter the email: admin@dentarad.com
3Once connected, select Dentarad Lab when creating a new case.
4Attach STL files and submit directly through the Medit cloud portal.

PLANMECA / E4D

1Log into your DDX (Henry Schein) portal.
2Add Dentarad Lab as a preferred laboratory.
3Upload your scan files through the DDX portal and complete the digital prescription.
4Alternatively, email STL files directly to admin@dentarad.com

CARESTREAM/DEXIS IS

1Open CS Connect and click 'Add Connection.'
2Enter the lab email: admin@dentarad.com and send request.
3After approval, you can send scans directly through CS Connect.

OTHER SCANNERS (STL UPLOAD)

1Export the case as open STL files (upper, lower, bite).
2Email the files to admin@dentarad.com with the case details and shade information.
3Or upload via Dentarad's web form (if available).

Lab Prescription Form

Download our official lab slip to include with your digital case submission. This form ensures all necessary information is captured for accurate fabrication.

Important Notes

Include a completed digital or PDF prescription form with every case. This ensures accurate processing and helps prevent delays.
Confirm shade, restoration type, and any special instructions before submitting to avoid revision requests.
Turnaround time begins after scan and case details are received. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days depending on complexity.
